Father Featherbottom’s Forgotten Fairytales
July 13, 2024 @ 11:00 am
Mother Goose was a famous storyteller. But she only had one child of her own – his name was Featherbottom! Now, his adopted children are carrying on the family tale-telling tradition. They are sharing his stories far and wide in a one-of-a-kind performance filled with whimsical puppets and family-friendly action!
You and your little one can play along with Finnian and Florian, our magical storytellers. They joyfully invite your children to participate in five light-hearted tales. These original stories feature 21st Century morals and messages such as:
Self-reliance
Consent
Emotional intelligence
Power of honesty
Teamwork
Children of all ages are welcome to take part! Your family will get to meet our favorite puppet friends, such as Mr. Caterpillar, the Goblin Prince, and even a dragon!
This performance will take place outdoors in a grassy, partially-shaded area with no pre-existing seats. All audience members are suggested to bring their own sunblock and picnic-style seating if desired. If it rains, the performance will move to a tented area on-site.
The Runtime for Father Featherbottom’s Forgotten Fairytales is approximately 45 minutes.
