- Mizel Arts and Culture Center at the JCC
The Mizel Arts and Culture Center illuminates the human experience through creative and cultural programs in the performing, visual, cinematic and literary arts for the Jewish community and the Denver community at large. We strive to produce, present, exhibit, preserve, and advance the arts, serving as a performance and exhibition venue, as well as an educational resource for people at every stage of life.

---|---|
Parking | There's plenty of free parking in the theatre's lot. |
Seating | 97 in the Pluss Theatre; 408 seats in the Elaine Wolfe Theatre. |
Performance space | The Pluss is a cozy, black-box theatre laid out in a rectangular thrust configuration. It has good sightlines and no bad seats. The Elaine Wolfe Theatre is a modern auditorium with a nice rake, meaning you'll never have someone's head in your way. |
Lobby | Standard space for a large arts center. |
Refreshments | For Cherry Creek Theatre performances, it's pretty simple (and inexpensive) wine, beer and cookies and candy bars. |
Notes | Most of the shows I see at the Mizel are Cherry Creek Theatre productions in the smaller Pluss Theatre. The Mizel is a very nice arts space that's a hub for the Denver Jewish community with an impressive lineup of year-round events. —Alex Miller |
