Adams Mystery Playhouse is an interactive comedy murder mystery dinner theater operating since 2006 in an 1880s mansion at 2406 Federal Boulevard in Denver. The historic building, which once served as a mortuary, retains most of its original Victorian fixtures including a hand-carved oak staircase.

Each show features professional improv actors presenting audience-interactive murder mysteries rated PG to PG-13. Performances run approximately 2.5 hours and include dinner service with gluten-free and vegetarian options available. A full bar operates throughout the evening. The venue presents different murder mystery productions each month.

Public performances are held Friday and Saturday evenings year-round. The venue also hosts private events including birthday parties, corporate team building, holiday celebrations and other group gatherings. The Adams Room dining area is set up ballroom-style with tables and chairs served by wait staff during the performance.
