The Denver Jazz Festival returns for its 2026 run, presented by Denver nonprofit Community Minded Dance (CMDance), bringing five nights of jazz, blues, swing and soul to three venues around the city. The festival opens Wednesday with The Delta Sonics Blues Band at La Rumba Denver, followed Thursday by the Jeremy Mohney Band at My Motion Dance Company. Weekend programming moves to the Studio Loft at Ellie Caulkins Opera House, where the Eyal Vilner Swing Band plays Friday, the Eyal Vilner Big Band headlines Saturday’s special “Dance Across America” show, and Sunday closes the festival with Zakiya Hooker and Ollan Bell followed by the Gabriel Mervine All Star Jazz Band. Each night includes a beginner-friendly dance class and open dance floor.
