Seicento Baroque Ensemble: Magnificat

“Magnificat” features the 18th-century settings of the Magnificat by Telemann, Zelenka, and Bach. This production, using historical performance practice, will illustrate how the composers’ individual interpretations of a single text resulted in works with dramatically different stylistic qualities.
