The Conversation Part 1: The Israeli-Palestinian Conversation

The Conversation is a 4-part play series set within a community-engagement-project that addresses topics considered difficult, provocative and controversial, with constituents holding strong conflicting views.
Part 1: The Israeli-Palestinian Conversation — As the war and humanitarian crisis in Gaza escalates, and Israeli hostages are still in captivity, the play gives voice to the conflicting narratives about October 7th, war crimes, Two-State versus One State solutions, America’s role and responsibility, the rise of Antisemitism and Islamophobia, the ‘us or them’ conundrum, and asks – ‘do we want to be proven ‘right’ in the never ending arguments; or ‘effective’ in finding urgently needed solutions?’
A blend of immersive theater and a live community event where everyone has a say, born of the belief that – while we may not be able to fix anything, we certainly cannot fix anything we can’t discuss.
Expect a heated yet productive conversation, high dramatic stakes, immersive audience participation, and a proactive offering for bridging divides.
