Urinetown

Set in a Gotham-like city gripped by a devastating 20-year drought, the story follows a society under a government-enforced ban on private toilets, forcing citizens to rely on public restrooms. These facilities are controlled by a single, malevolent corporation that profits by charging admission for one of humanity’s most basic needs.
