This new experience is called Wild Oscillation, and it’s a collaboration between HOLDTIGHT & Denver restaurant Somebody People (one of my personal faves). In short, the experience is a multi-course tasting menu woven throughout a multi-disciplinary immersive performance where you'll explore the oscillation between wildness, wilderness, and order. You can expect a thoughtful menu of plant-based food, paired beverages (n/a available), live music, dance, storytelling, and live painting. Many creative & delicious surprises are in store!
