On Mount Olympus, Clio, the youngest of the Muses, decides to travel to L.A. and help him become a great artist. To be sure her true identity is not discovered, she dons roller-skates, legwarmers, and an Australian Accent!

This charming and funny musical is based on the 1980 movie starring Olivia Newton-John and Directed by Gene Kelley. Chock-a-block full of great 70’s and 80’s tunes that are sure to have you dancing in your seat!

Jack Kelly and his newsboy pals dream of a better life than the hard streets of New York City, earning 26 cents a day for their grueling physical labor. Selling “papes” has been a challenge since the end of the Spanish-American War. When the wealthy industrialists raise the price of paper bundles, cutting further into the Newsies’ meager profits, they decide to stand up for themselves. Through song and dance, of course!

This uplifting stage musical is based off the movie of the same name and is a fictionalized account of the real Newsboy strike of 1899.

I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change

This charming sketch comedy musical is like if Saturday Night Live and Glee had a showtune baby!

Act 1 details the bumpy journey of dating to marriage and includes layovers at blind dates, ghosting, societal definitions of masculinity and femininity, and even meeting the parents.

Act 2 focus on the trials and tribulations of marriage, kids, spousal roles, aging, and traversing the plentiful personality traits that make up a family unit.

La Cage Aux Folles

In St. Tropez there is a drag club owned by devoted husbands Georges and Albin, who is also the star attraction. Life is good. Then their son, Jean-Michele, drops a bomb: he is getting married to a woman whose father is a vocally homophobic conservative politician. Uh oh. To ensure a smooth “meet the parents”, Georges and Albin try to act “normal” leading to a night of chaos and hilarity!

This delightful heartfelt musical about family was also the for the 1996 movie “The Birdcage” starring Nathan Lane and Robin Williams.

Memphis

Huey, a white man living in Memphis in the 1950’s, becomes obsessed with the Rock n’ Roll sound of a group of black musicians, particularly that of Felicia, a singer ready for her big break. Huey makes it his mission to give the artists air time by becoming a DJ and defying the restrictions of the white controlled radio stations. As romance blooms between Huey and Felicia, so does the popularity and acceptance of the music.

This energizing musical depicting the unifying power of music is a story loosely based on real life DJ legend Dewey Phillips.

Putting It Together

Drawing its title from a song in Sunday in the Park with George, this charming and funny musical celebrates Sondheim’s incomparable career writing and orchestrating for musical theatre.

Master Class – January 12, 13, 14 @ 7:30pm and January 14 and 15 @ 2pm

Winner of the 1996 Tony Award for Best Play, this production dramatizes the great Opera Diva, Maria Callas, conducting a master class as she coaxes, prods, and inspires students – “victims” as she calls them – into giving the performance of their lives. Inspired by a series of master classes the great diva taught at Julliard toward the end of her career.

In the Trenches is a parenting musical comedy in the vein of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change with a hint of Avenue Q. The sung-through show has developed a significant Colorado following and has been courted to take a bow at Feinstein’s/54 Below in New York City. The show contains adult humor and is a perfect date night or mom’s night out. So, get in here, throw one back, and let’s all Level Up together.
