The Foundry is a mixed-use development located in downtown Loveland, Colorado. It is a $75 million project that includes 155 rental apartments, a seven-screen MetroLux first-run movie theater, 14,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space, a 102-room TownPlace Suites by Marriott hotel, and 460 parking spaces in a five-level garage. The anchor of the project is a large public plaza between the buildings with outdoor walkways and seating.
