CU Boulder Wind Symphony: Veterans Day Concert

The CU Boulder Wind Symphony marks Veterans Day with students and military musicians sharing the stage. Players from the U.S. Air Force Academy Band and the Colorado National Guard’s 101st Army Band join the ensemble. The program includes the world premiere of Anthony R. Green’s saxophone concerto Escaping the Cupboard, written for soloist Nathan Mertens, and a work by Benjamin Horne. The concert also celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 150th anniversaries of Colorado and CU Boulder.
