The Horrors That Persist is a journey through the anxiety and hopeless vs. hopeful dichotomy that lives within all of us. As history continues to repeat itself, we face the same mix of emotions that those who rallied before us did. This piece is partially tech horror and partially autobiographical. A guided meditation track takes us through a rather strange ritual that pushes the performer to confront the pit of despair inside. However the piece ends with a hopeful message, told through movement. The condition of the soul is a need for community.
