The year is 1925. Local mobster, Raphie “Bugsy” Randazzo is having trouble with his Canadian distributors of bootlegged booze, as they have more than tripled the price, and no one is making money! “Bugsy” has invited a few of his associates to the Night Owl Club to unveil his solution to the problem. Keep your eyes and ears open as you meet a menagerie suspicious characters.
