Pesha Rudnick head shot

Pesha Rudnick

In this episode of the OnStage Colorado podcast, host Alex Miller catches up with Pesha Rudnick, artistic director of Boulder’s Local Theater Company. Local focuses exclusively on producing new American plays, and one of them — Paper Cut — won a Colorado Theatre Guild Henry Award this year for Best Original Play. Local’s newest production — Flame Broiled or The Ugly Play by Rodney Hicks — starts Oct. 24.

Also in this episode, we’ve got review previews of Miss Saigon and Indecent at the Denver Center, Cabaret at Littleton Town Hall and Bright Star at the Arvada Center. Lots of fall shows are starting around the state, so we’ll also have a quick overview of what’s opening where.
